Global Co-Operatives | |||||||
Co-Operatives now have greater leverage with price
- in commodity markets Sellers have never had control of their selling prices - and in many markets Buyers have had to go along with prices set by market brokers |
|||||||
Commodity trading has often been handled by brokers - that model is overdue for disruption!
Co-Operatives have long been used to gain the collective voice of various groups such as consumers joining together and work with numbers to gain buying power when purchasing from suppliers - while there have been many Co-Operatives structured on the producer and manufacturer's level, it has mostly relied more heavily on the individual's negotiating skills to gain any advantage. Buyer and Seller Co-Ops are part of the working mechanics inside the Chamber of Economies With global trade becoming more competitive in recent times with commodity markets being influenced more by weak financial policy rather than economic sustainability, a major shift has emerged in the inequality across supply and demand trading - for some local commodity markets there has always been huge disadvantages for some and advantages for others and in recent years there has been a shift away from fair trading in global commodity markets, disadvantaging suppliers with prices that offer little to compensate operating costs and ROI. Local Chamber of Economies can be established to incorporate any number of Co-Operatives working independently for their industry - each one can utilize the economic infrastructure of Cloudfunding to drive productivity in their industry with the help of the local communities that benefit from their local economy, further enhanced with direct help from the overall Global Crowd. Back to basics with improved predictability and stability in industries Industries that produce and manufacture have been equipped with new technology to track inventory in the last decades but the economic functions behind forecasting sales and inventory management has not advanced at the same pace - it still uses post data to predict the future sales that needs to rely on increased credit and debt to capture market share to survive - the result from better inventory management has shifted to a more damaging ongoing consequence with increases in heavier discounting that reduces profit margins, local taxes and wage growth - Cloudfunding offers sales predictability, no seller discounting and no reliance on credit and debt, overall giving businesses more control over cashflows. Local markets are linked to global pricing mainly so that produce can move out into the export markets using a common pricing structure, it also means it joins a complex array of variables with trade agreements and subsidies etc. Those variables and global pricing is often unrelated to the local markets especially when a good percentage of produce is for domestic consumption - it's within these variables where ComTechX has structured the Global Co-Operatives on a global digital platform that is able to bring a global alliance together between grassroots suppliers - Global Co-Operatives operate autonomously and that automatically gives suppliers a defendable competitive advantage to help broaden the collective bargaining power when negotiating with their buyers - suppliers in Co-Operatives have the full financial support of the Global Crowd at all times, making negotiating much easier to navigate. As Co-Operatives get established the local communities see the benefits in the Co-Ops, that's when other Co-Ops get formed to feed off the same connections and the flow begins to move throughout the regions - as local connections begin to spread there a contagious flow outwards to other countries with supply and demand, into communities where the Global Crowd gets fully absorbed in providing the productivity momentum. At the opposite end of the Supply Chain is the Buyer Co-Operatives that can help Retailers and local Buyers generate more sales into the economy. Example : Farmer to Processor l Processor / Manufacturer to Retailer l Outsourced Selling - Generic Deals l Retailer to Consumer Value-based markets is the only future for suppliers All producers and suppliers that have operated in the analogue world can now move to gain the advantages of the digital era and compete fairly across global markets - with the new norm of markets surrendering to the global financial markets needing to find increases in asset prices and commodities to offset huge debts over the next decades, this methodology only leaves profits to be extracted from supply ( suppliers ) to support demand ( investors - rent-seekers demanding ROI ) without global commodity prices even needing to rise to support suppliers ( volatile markets ). Global Co-Operatives provide defendable positions for suppliers, with the value-based market platform having the mechanics to give buyers greater ROI with full Selling Prices, while the Buying Prices are offered to buyers as Price Demand ( e.g. Dairy Industry ), which finds true value-based market demand in the free market model - it's an automatic process that maintains sustainable profits at the local level to build growth and get ROI for suppliers with full Selling Prices that are set by the industry, GPI ( Global Price Index ) or Co-Operatives - Selling Prices are flexible to increase in real-time whenever the global pricing moves above the local Selling Prices - the flexibility eliminates the feast and famine that's often inflicted on producers, while keeping within the spirit of the free market ideology with competitive Buying Prices. Global Co-Operatives are founded on an economic value-based model whereas commodity markets operate purely on a financial model, it's this difference that gives suppliers who have or want to operate as Co-Operatives the backing of the global crowd, which supports the suppliers financially through the globally free DFDC - Direct Foreign Decentralized Capital - a free distribution of global productivity wealth that creates more productivity using a democratic global consensus by calibrating the mechanics to increase the exchange of global commodities - it shifts away from the feudal banking and financial system that has kept the imbalances and inequality in global supply and demand - it make it simple for local sellers to liquidate sales into local currencies at any time for free. A key advantage with Outsourced Selling and having DFDC stimulate the local economy is that there's an immediate effect on local businesses that participate along with Co-Ops by using Outsourced Selling to sell their products and services within the same economy - instead of the productivity value going into the banking system and shifting all the effort to generate the value away from the region, the local businesses become the pro-active link between online Universally Decentralized Capital and offline local cash when they liquidate their sales revenue with local users when they fund their accounts. Unlike FDI that allows foreign interests to buy out assets and productivity channels, DFDC doesn't use or transfer costly Capital Investment funds or dilute ownership equity for a price - DFDC challenges the status quo in commercial Capital Investment by digitally stimulating productivity in any foreign location for free - when most industries fall prey to Foreign Capital Investment through lack of productivity DFDC gives industries and in particular single businesses the opportunity to access free financial support from the global crowd across borders. Implementing FEV and Outsourced Selling only needs to begin in a small region like a town where the grassroots suppliers and local businesses usually collaborate together and feed off each other - once inventory is listed for Outsourced Selling, the whole region comes alive within weeks of trading locally - from there the value-adding organically spreads outwards with other industries and cities adding to the new economies of scale. DFDC heralds in a new era in global productivity through digital technology by igniting perpetual democratic stimulation between multiple economies ( micro-economics ), it does it in real-time without transferring debt or inflating prices but by specifically focusing on increasing economic growth by generating the velocity of local productivity with free DFDC - the unique difference what Cloudfunding does is no matter how much DFDC is directed into any country or regional economy there is no capital flow moving across borders or trade surplus or deficit change ( trade exchange if exported ), only the economic growth in the receiving country is increased via the new productivity - DFDC taps into the dynamics of multiple global economies and democratically incentivizes the global crowd into directing the free working capital to the economy providing the products and services. Global Co-Operatives can be formed as legal entities in the region where they operate - the economic model in which the Co-Ops operate can be mandated to operate for the benefit of all suppliers listed within the Co-Operative's legal constitutional structure. Global Co-Operatives have dual benefits, apart from the negotiating strength there is the customer acquisition and loyalty program that's built on financial independence just like any business entity - the Global Co-Operatives have income streams directed back to the Co-Operative that can build out the business's scale and/or to distribute as income back to suppliers. |
Co-Operatives have a dual benefit
Local Co-Operatives can be formed by a community of businesses or an industry or even a business with multiple Suppliers of products or services to the prime business - all types of combinations can be formed to feed into the activity around the businesses. Inventory is perpetually feed into the Outsourced Selling process by Co-Op members before being released to the local market - the products and services have already been fully monetized by the DFDC ( sold with the funds held in escrow ) and wait for local Buyers to take up the deals by activating the Price Demand. While the Platform provides the ecosystem for the trade exchanged between Buyers and Sellers globally, there are mechanics and dynamics involved in the background that tracks that activity in locations in real-time as it spreads from one local economy to economy. This activity is the real-time productivity of selling products and services - the mechanics to generate the unique Sell High Buy Low productivity produces a Location Activity Tax that is recorded in each location of a country, region or state, city and town listed on the platform. The LAT is shared with all Users who operate UDI - Universally Distributed Income Portfolios on the platform - with the Global Co-Operatives having access to a greater level of benefit from that income stream. |

No effort is needed by the Co-Op to maintain the friends on the platform - the friends can Opt-in or Opt-out from receiving QwickAlerts about product and service Deals. |
|||||||
So how does it work? | |||||||
It starts by giving the Global Co-Operative an Account & UDI Portfolio to hold the activity of hundreds of locations from around the world - it can be specific to certain trading locations |
|||||||
Global Co-Operatives are designed to network Buyers with Sellers
Account: a Seller Co-Operative registers a prime account for admin purposes with other accounts each attached to a member - the prime Seller Co-Operative account is attached with the Co-Op's UDI Portfolio
Portfolio: lists geographical locations and records commercial activity in each location then uses a unique distribution process to update each location that is listed in the member's UDI Portfolio - daily
6 degrees of separation: is the service where referral connections are registered, such as your customers and then the connection between the customers and their connections all the way to 6 levels see more
Connection: Global Co-Operative uses the 6 degrees of separation and fills the first level with friends as they register using a unique URL, as more join in the various levels, the team becomes a business's free global advertising and selling platform
Activity: with links to customers/affiliates a business can give alerts of items or events to keep brand awareness but in the background the Seller Co-Op gains financially from activity down in the 6 levels of each member with the portfolio's daily updates without any effort
Ripple effect: having active friends and members on the first level can have a ripple effect down the 6 levels where other businesses connected to the levels can have a ripple effect back up the line.
Local Commerce: Is the commerce activity selling product & service trade that every business is providing as a seller to a demand from a buyer in exchange for a value on the platform
Privacy: although as a business you may have contact details of customers the Platform will not disclose certain details of anyone unless specifically required for the activity or initiated by the end user - the Platform will not allow data scraping or other methods that allow private information to be gathered without the users permission.

|
||||||
How could a few customers help drive a Co-Operative?
Even if a business had just 10 customers it can multiply very quickly if each of those customers know 10 friends and they know 10 friends and so on. Members can send a viral message with one click to a large following each member can have on the platform, within seconds a member can send an alert about a product or service that a business has listed. All this is be done without any advertising but just by simply listing the product or service in the LA Deal process and everything will take off from there. Each item listed in the LA Deals is first displayed and then can be sent by a business to some of their customers via as an alert feature within the Platform, those customers too can each send alerts to their followers via each member's Got It Connect window - for sending on the alerts, members can earn a percentage of the marketing value. Each member can receive alerts in their Got It Connect, which they can use to Give the Sign to all their followers on to the 6 Levels of followers that they can collect. The sender is then paid a percentage set aside for each successful sell and this can add up to quite an income. Each member has the option of becoming an OMM - Open Market Maker, a virtual wholesaler operating from anywhere in the world as a business entity, earning an income just as a traditional business but without needing to handle stock or staff. Global Co-Operatives buy invitations to give away or sell to their local customers for $5.00 ( set price ), which credits the value into a customer's new QwickP2P Account when it's activated. Each Co-Op supplier can give away or sell the invitation to a local customer - each customer becomes an income stream source for the Co-Op as they go about being active on the Platform with other suppliers. |
|||||||
What levels of Global Co-Operative are UDI Portfolios available?
Suppliers come in all sizes with customer numbers ranging in size and needs, - only a business will know so we have designed several levels of UDI Portfolios to suit |
|||||||
There are nine ( 9 ) levels of Global Co-Operative UDI Portfolios to fit any business's customer marketing strategy.
With each Seed value this amount is available immediately as incentive for customers to register with your business link. As an example: as a thank you to existing customers your business could offer $5 credit to attract them to register for the first time in the Platform under the business's link, they would become a businesses Level 1 members, the $5 can be spent buying locations in the members UDI Portfolio, it all helps to earn from the overall activity. The remaining value including a credit for the Seed value is still in the Global Co-Operative's UDI Portfolio continuing to grow from daily activity and as this gain increases and moves to a surplus it can be spent as a 'thank you' to more customers as an incentive to join the Co-Operatives Level 1. Of course a business could decide to sell the Co-Operative's credit ( invitation value ) to their customers to recoup the cost of the program, either way the value has the ongoing ripple effect. |

The growth normally multiplies around the location where a business is physically sited as the customer base in many situations is usually centered in or near that business so when a member of a business's Queen Bee program buys at other 'local' businesses or even in the region from the Platform there is the 'ripple effect' that comes back towards each Global Co-Operative. The X Times Total Value means that there is a greater earning value gained by the higher levels in the Global Co-Operative.The cost of locations for the balance of the extra (= X value) are added to the Credit Line as a counter balance and this value continually reduces as the commercial activity is gained in the locations selected by the business. No Buyer's 2.5% LAT Fee is charged for a business's initial location unit buying in the Queen Bee or Co-Op programs. This LAT Fee is applied to limit the flipping of tokens - its value is returned to the portfolio as the earnings are gained. |
